History
Business Arts is a privately held company based in Olympia, Washington, with a satellite office in Palo Alto, California. Founded in 2003 as Ten to Three, Inc., the company was renamed Business Arts in 2006 to better reflect its breadth of services and products. Business Arts launched its premier software product in June 2005, adding two new products in Summer 2006 to create an Excel-based suite of project planning tools.

Chris Barnes, President
Co-founder Chris Barnes brings his extensive experience in business operations, visual design, and information architecture to his roles as president and creative director of Business Arts. In addition to managing the company's day-to-day operations, Chris heads up the technical and aesthetic dimensions of software design, ensuring that all Business Arts products are powerful, intuitive, and easy to use. Chris is also the founder and president of Emphatic Communications, an information design consultancy for healthcare organizations.
Robert Guillou, Business Development and Product Visionary
A Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) and PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), co-founder Robert Guillou envisioned a product line that would address the challenges he faced daily as a project manager. Now he guides Business Arts' product development from a substantive standpoint, designing software that solves real project-planning problems and streamlines the project management process. Robert is Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certified, and holds a master's degree in Instructional Design from San Francisco State University.
