Which product is right for me?
Whether you prefer ProjectSheet® or TaskSheet® may depend on your work style, your needs, or both.
Some users find both products useful, and choose the tool based on the needs of each specific project. ProjectSheet and TaskSheet can be stored in the same Excel® workbook, along with TopSheet®, to create a flexible suite.
Principal differences
ProjectSheet supports 40 activities, enabling users to plan forward from a target start, or backward from a target finish. Space is provided for brief comments. Users can choose whether to print an activity list and a bar chart (or both).
TaskSheet supports 200 tasks and provides a flexible space for users to record lengthier comments and notes. Charting is not supported at this time.
TopSheet allows a user to view multiple ProjectSheet and/or TaskSheet schedules and add information to help manage a portfolio of projects. TopSheet requires either ProjectSheet or TaskSheet.
